If you ever feel like you are spinning your wheels, you’re not alone. I find it happens to me about a few times a year where I just take a look at what’s going on with my life, and I feel like things have kind of started slipping.
That is where the daily success habits come in. If you’re like me, you find it hard to stay motivated all the time, so we have these peaks and valleys, right? We doubt ourselves, we get lethargic, and sometimes just don’t want to push very hard.
Here’s my tip for you. When I get like that, I simply treat it as a sign to adjust a few things. And as you hear me speak about quite often, it is not about motivation! It is about taking action and just doing the work.
I made a course for you on success habits!
I am building a bunch of training programs right now and one that got me fired up was the 21 Day Success Habit Transformation. I sat down and mapped out what it would REALLY take for me to kickstart my habits and get re-motivated. I put together a very simple 21 day program that you can do for 45 minutes a day. And I have used it before to absolutely create momentum for myself.
It’s very simple. Each day for 21 days, you will claim back your schedule for 45 minutes:
- Watch a quick video (1-5 minutes)
- Do about 15 to 20 minutes of reading (whatever topic you like)
- Do the activity in the video
- 5 minutes of journaling
- 5 minutes f reflecting
That’s it! The reason I did it is because I like systems, and I never really get anything done without a plan. So I just made my 21 Day program to make it easy for myself and others.
And to make it available right away, I applied to become an instructor with Udemy and created it as a course.
As a special bonus, for the first 20 people that sign up, I have a coupon code:
Enter “Loyal Subscribers” as the coupon code to get it at half price!
So check it out, participate in the forums, share it with others, and kick start your next three weeks.
PS, if you read this far, I also made a secret bonus code fo a further discount to the first 10 people. When you go to the course page, enter the name of my dog…
